Customers may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In the original packaging
• Complete with all accessories, manuals, tags, and invoice
• Free from damage, scratches, or signs of use

Exchange requests made after 3 days from the delivery date cannot be accepted.

Items can only be exchanged if they are defective, damaged upon delivery, or if the wrong item was received. The customer must contact us within the 3-day period and provide the order number, photos of the item, and a clear explanation of the issue.

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval. If the item does not meet the conditions above, the exchange may be refused.

Delivery or return shipping fees may apply unless the exchange is due to an error from our side or a confirmed defective item.
