## Exchanges
We accept exchanges within **3 days of delivery**. To request an exchange, contact us via **email, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM** with your order number and reason for the exchange within this period. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Once your request is confirmed, we will arrange for the item to be collected from you.

## Refunds for Defective Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a **full refund**, guaranteed. Contact us within 3 days of delivery via **email, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM** with:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect
- A photo showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange for the item to be collected and process your refund promptly.

## Conditions

- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
- Defective item claims must include photo evidence to help us process your request quickly.
